Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager, with a background with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to join our client's dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met to the highest standards. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions that align with their business objectives. Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and discuss new opportunities. Account growth: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, improve client retention, and increase overall revenue. Service Delivery Oversight : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to client needs and objectives. Monitor service delivery, ensuring that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met, and escalate issues as necessary. Reporting and analysis : Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights. Analyse account data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Contract and Renewal Management: Assist in managing contract renewals, ensuring terms and conditions align with both client needs and company goals. Work with legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and preferences to inform product and service development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales. Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a must. Familiarity with Multi-Cloud environments and Cybersecurity is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
