Power Platform Developer Unijobs on behalf our Public Sector Client, have a requirement for a Power Platform Developer to join their Team. The duration of this post is initially 6 months with the high possibility of extension thereafter. The successful candidate will be able to WFH, with possible requirement to attend in person meetings in Dublin as required. Working 35 hours per week the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €31.58 per hour. Based on an annualised salary of €57,677. The successful candidate will accrue 30 days annual leave per year. *This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role* What will you be responsible for: You will be part of a team which is responsible for managing and operating a national Release Management process . Specifically, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a designated PowerApp for the purpose of recording and managing Release Management process related data along with a suitable data visualisation solution. The PowerApp will need to integrate existing release records, data and Power BI reports, utilise automation where possible and incorporate best practice UI/UX design elements. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or similar quantitative field with a minimum of five years professional experience Knowledge and experience of designing and building business applications with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps and PowerAutomate) and integrating existing data sets Knowledge and experience of scripting languages and tools used to develop PowerApps (Power Platform Developer Tools, Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, C#, TypeScript, React, Powershell etc.) Knowledge and experience of best practice UI/UX design Adheres to best practice coding guidelines and standards Additional requirements (Desirable) Knowledge and experience of custom application design, development and data visualisation using relevant coding languages and tools e.g. Python, C#, PowerBI Knowledge and experience of using scripting languages and tools used to develop custom applications and data visualisations Knowledge and experience of using JavaScript libraries such as D3.js, jQuery and others for advanced data visualisation development Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, methodologies and frameworks Cloud experience/certification with Azure Business Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent report writing and presentation skills Self-starter with a willingness to take responsibility and provide regular progress updates Excellent problem-solving skills and pro-active approach to identifying solutions The ability to interact with key stakeholders in a professional manner Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer Skills: Power Apps PowerBI TypeScript React Powershell Power Fx JavaScript Benefits: Paid Holidays
