Quel sera ton rôle?

Monte à bord de la fusée PayFit en rejoignant notre équipe people en tant que Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Ta mission sera d’assurer le recrutement des stagiaires et alternants de PayFit durant la durée de ton stage.

Process de recrutement : 70%

- Organiser et participer au Kick-off meeting avec l'hiring manager de l'équipe ayant un besoin

- Gérer le posting des annonces sur les job boards cibles

- Faire la pré-qualification des CV candidats

- Réaliser les premiers entretiens de sélection

- Faire le suivi du process de recrutement avec les hirings managers de tous les départements de PayFit

- Faire les offres d’embauche

- Accueillir et intégrer les nouveaux stagiaires et alternants

Relations écoles & marque employeur : 30%

- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les écoles et les universités afin d'attirer les meilleurs talents

- Veiller et participer à des événements ciblés de recrutement : salons, forums, etc.

- Mise en place de nouveaux canaux de recrutement en fonction des profils que tu auras à recruter

- Contribuer à la création de contenus attrayants (photos, vidéos, articles, etc.) destinés à la communauté interne des stagiaires et alternants.

- Animer la communauté stagiaires et alternants en interne par le biais de diverses initiatives et activités.

- Développer des stratégies pour améliorer la marque employeur de PayFit auprès des étudiants et des diplômés, en collaboration avec l'équipe chargée de la marque employeur.

- Être un ambassadeur de la culture d'entreprise de PayFit et de notre politique de diversité et d'inclusion.

Ces missions peuvent évidemment évoluer, en fonction de tes appétences sur d'autres sujets

Ce poste est fait pour toi si:

- Une formation minimum Bac +3, avec une orientation ressources humaines / recrutement

- Tu as déjà une première expérience en recrutement

- Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur, ton autonomie et ton sens des responsabilités

- Dynamique et très organisé(e), tu sais prioriser tes missions et respecter les délais

- Capacité d’écoute, bon relationnel et respect de la confidentialité sont également des qualités qui te définissent

- Parler et comprendre l'anglais est un vrai plus

- Tu es disponible dès septembre 2024 pour un stage de 6 mois.
