Our client is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic team in a temporary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of global projects, ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner with all necessary approvals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including setting milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all stages of the project. Act as the main point of contact for project coordination, ensuring alignment across all teams. Foster strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. Track and manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are organised and archived properly. Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing them and ensuring projects stay on track. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring best practices are followed. Create and review regular project status reports, addressing any necessary changes or updates. Organize and facilitate project meetings to ensure smooth progress. Ensure necessary training and resources are provided for new processes or systems. Comply with quality management system requirements and company policies. Assist with other duties as assigned by the team. Qualifications: Third level Qualification at degree-level is preferred. At least two years of experience in a project management role or similar capacity. Project management certification is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and build relationships with stakeholders. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with databases and reporting tools is a plus. Willingness to travel if required.
