Som Tech Lead blir du en central del av ett dedikerat och dynamiskt team som strävar efter att leverera högkvalitativa tjänster som påverkar och förbättrar människors vardag. Care teamet fokuserar på system som stöttar vår verksamhet som rör resor med särskilda behov. Det innebär att vi varje dag, i varje ögonblick prioriterar de resor som samhället har störst behov av att utföra.I rollen kommer du operativt arbeta med utveckling av våra system samt delta i teknikforum och arkitektuella forum, där du får möjligheten att bidra till och påverka framtida strategier och planer för hela Nobina IT. 

  • Arbeta hands on i .NET i Microsoftmiljö
  • Identifiera, bedöma och analysera krav och skapa tekniska lösningar.
  • Arbeta med både frontend- och backend 

Vem är du? 
Vi tror att du är affärsorienterad och har en förmåga att skapa förtroende, hos ditt team såväl som hos stakeholders. Du är kommunikativ och har en god analytisk förmåga samt intresse att se över och förbättra arbetssätt. Du har antingen ditt fokus i fullstack eller lutar mer mot backend och är van vid att arbeta i komplexa systemlandskap. Du uttrycker dig väl i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Vidare har du: 

  • Flerårig arbetslivserfarenhet inom systemutveckling 
  • Erfarenhet av att leda andra
