Technical Recruitment Consultant Galway We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in our Sigmar Galway office. The Sigmar Technical Division which comprises of Science, Pharma, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Electronics, Production and more, has gone from strength to strength by expanding our client base and producing exceptional results. This vacancy presents an opportunity to join one buoyant recruitment team and make lots of threshold free commission Responsibilities You will use innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as Sigmars CRM database, LinkedIn, head hunting, networking to source the best talent in the market. Proactively speak with Life Science & Engineering professionals about roles that may be of interest and suited. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face, via Teams and telephone, building relationships with your candidates. You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the Life Science & Engineering industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects. You will be tasked with Business Development to win new business but also maintaining and managing key accounts for Sigmar. You will attend meetings with clients across the Life Science & Engineering sector. Work closely with department Manager to grow and nurture the Technical department. Expanding your industry knowledge and network of talent. Be creative, responsible for writing industry content for company blog and websites and social media channels. Key Requirements Previous experience working within agency recruitment is desirable but not essential If you have a strong background in a sales, target driven, customer-facing role then please do still get in touch What's on Offer?
