You'll coordinate daily activities, report on key metrics, and facilitate collaboration across teams. Your ability to drive efficiency improvements will be crucial to enhancing the overall performance of the team. With your strong planning skills and attention to detail, you'll ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team ensuring all deliveries are met Report on team metrics and KPIs Conduct regular team meetings and liaise with the team Manager Serve as a key point of contact for Trade & Cash Management including projects and working groups Facilitate collaboration with the wider Finance team and the Asset department Drive efficiency and process improvements as part of ongoing efficiency enhancements Handle other ad-hoc duties, projects, and responsibilities as they may arise Requirements of the Senior Financial Administrator Job: The ideal candidate for this Senior Financial Administrator role brings a wealth of experience from a middle office environment. You have a deep understanding of trade, settlement, and reconciliation processes. Your proficiency in using Investpro financial systems will be highly beneficial. You're computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Your strong planning skills coupled with your attention to detail make you an exceptional problem solver. Additionally, your strong communication skills enable you to build robust relationships across teams. Third level degree or equivalent qualification Relevant experience in a middle office environment with knowledge of trade, settlement, and reconciliation Proficiency using Investpro financial systems is advantageous Computer literate with good knowledge of the MS office suite, particularly MS Excel - Pivot tables, vLookup etc. Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry that may impact on the business is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
