Warehouse Administrator - Oranmore , Co. Galway I am currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a busy Logistics & Warehousing company based in Galway. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and highly motivated. This position is based onsite in Oranmore, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00. Key Responsibilities: *Accurately process all orders using the warehouse management system. *Communicate effectively with the warehouse team (via Walkie-Talkie) to ensure maximum productivity and minimize errors. *Ensure all administrative tasks are completed correctly, meeting both customer and business needs; ensure the completion of necessary documentation in line with relevant SOPs. *Proactively identify potential issues before they arise, and develop solutions quickly. *Verify that outbound goods and associated paperwork comply with business operations and regulatory requirements. *Adhere to current Health and Safety legislation, including local departmental procedures, at all times. *Liaise with customers as needed in accordance with business operations. *Collaborate with the warehouse management team to identify any potential risks. *Support the introduction of new SOPs, policies, and procedures, assisting in their implementation and ongoing monitoring. *Ensure all documentation is filed accurately and in a timely manner. *Carry out any other tasks as required by the department. *Follow direction from senior managers within the business. *Assist the stock/administration team, particularly in covering absences such as sick leave or annual leave. Role Requirements: *Experience with warehouse management systems, as well as scanning systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) is preferred but not essential. *Fluency in English is required. *Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment. *Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities in a customer-focused, fast-moving setting. *Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills. *Experience in building relationships and working collaboratively within a cross-functional team. *Highly motivated and self-driven. *Ability to work collaboratively with managers at all levels.
