Graduate Quality Administrator

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Quality Administrator in Co. Laois. Salary up to €35,000 Main duties: Ensure daily operations comply with Good Distribution Practice and the latest Health Products Regulatory Authority guidelines across all GDP-related activities. Support the business in maintaining an effective Quality Management System in accordance with company policies and operational procedures. Develop, update, and manage standard operating procedures as required. Oversee documentation control, including filing, archiving, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees to ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct GDP documentation training for staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and submission of required documentation. Assist in implementing and supporting the internal audit program. Communicate professionally across the company to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Undertake additional projects and duties as directed by the Quality Manager. Main requirements: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Environment experience preffered Previous experience and understanding of GDP desirable Willingness to learn Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with colleagues in a positive way. Able to adapt to changing circumstances requiring flexibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word. Proficient verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English.
