Option to join the Health Service Credit Union. Access to Health Insurance. We are currently seeking a Location Manager for our North Dublin Day Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support autistic adults while advancing your career in a dynamic and person-centred environment. The Location Manager will oversee a day service supporting up to 10 adults with autism, helping them integrate into their local community and live self-determined lives. This role involves both direct support and team management, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with the quality-of-life model. Key responsibilities include staff recruitment, induction, supervision, and appraisal, as well as managing rosters, leave, and payroll. The Location Manager will also support new referrals, ensuring smooth transitions into the service. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Location Manager will be an essential part of the regional support team. Essential Qualifications: Third level Qualification in Social Care or a related discipline. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and use of internet and email. Essential Criteria: Excellent communication and engagement skills. At least three year of recent experience in a similar role. Experience managing staff, with the confidence to resolve issues at a local level Ability to manage rolling rosters and allocate staff based on service needs Knowledge of New Directions guidelines Ability to support and drive change management Confidence and experience in negotiating and liaising with external stakeholders Eligibility for CORU Registration.
