Stiamo cercando un* IT System Integration Specialist da inserire nel nostro team, in un ambiente dinamico e in continua espansione. Avrai la possibilità di essere parte integrante del team sin dal primo giorno e verrai coinvolto nei diversi progetti di Sviluppo applicativo, CRM e Business Intelligence, dove potrai portare valore aggiunto nel raggiungimento dell’obiettivo.

Il System Integration Specialist ideale in DMA, possiede spiccate abilità organizzative e capacità di lavorare in team su progetti B2B, è un professionista curioso che si forma costantemente, ha già lavorato in team e ha una discreta autonomia. Il candidato ideale per questo ruolo dovrebbe avere un'ampia esperienza con le tecnologie di integrazione e una solida comprensione dei principi di sviluppo software. Inoltre, dovrebbero avere ottime capacità di risoluzione dei problemi, un elevato grado di attenzione ai dettagli e la capacità di lavorare in team

Responsabilità
  • Lavoro su progetti focalizzati sulle integrazioni tra diversi software; oltre alla parte di sviluppo verrai coinvolto nell'analisi funzionali e tecniche per comprendere al meglio le funzionalità del software e delle integrazioni.

  • Attività legate ai temi di ETL, Customer Engagement, Mappatura della Customer Journey, creazione di workflows.

  • Coordinamento e collaborazione con le diverse aree di Customer Technology, Business Intelligence e CRM.

  • Utilizzo di tecnologie all'avanguardia di vendor affermati come Hubspot, AWS, Google, Microsoft.

  • Comprensione delle reali esigenze del cliente per identificare le soluzioni che restituiscono maggior valore.

  • Saper analizzare e comprendere i requisiti funzionali e tecnici dei diversi sistemi e applicazioni da integrare.

  • Progettare, costruire e testare le integrazioni utilizzando varie tecnologie come API, middleware e strumenti di integrazione dei dati

  • Mantenere e aggiornare le integrazioni se necessario, per garantirne il corretto funzionamento

  • Buona conoscenza del linguaggio SQL, T-SQL

  • Conoscenza dei principali linguaggi di programmazione

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata..
