Verrai coinvolto in progetti CRM su realtà di prestigio del panorama italiano con l'obiettivo di migliorare i processi di business in particolare nelle aree Sales & Service .

Stiamo cercando un* CRM Technical Specialist con ampia esperienza su progetti CRM basati su tecnologia HubSpot da inserire nel nostro team di Customer Experience DMA.

Verrai coinvolto in progetti CRM su realtà di prestigio del panorama italiano con l'obiettivo di migliorare i processi di business in particolare nelle aree Sales & Service .

Cosa farai Ricoprendo la posizione di CRM Technical specialist, lavorerai in collaborazione con il resto del team, per analizzare processi e requisiti (business e tecnici), affiancare il cliente nella definizione delle logiche di implementazione di HubSpot e del modello dati ottimale da utilizzare, effettuare il setup e la configurazione del CRM HubSpot, creare e ottimizzare flussi e workflow automatizzati, costruire report custom.
  • Partecipazione alle fasi di analisi dei processi e requisiti (business e tecnici) con approccio consulenziale;

  • Redazione della documentazione relativa all’analisi dei processi, data model e dei requisiti tecnici e funzionali;

  • Implementazione soluzione CRM, personalizzazione della piattaforma in collaborazione con i colleghi e i referenti di progetto del cliente (ad esempio referenti del business / direzione, marketing manager, responsabile commerciale e responsabile IT);

  • Creazione ed ottimizzazione flussi e workflow automatizzati;

  • Supporto nella configurazione delle integrazioni necessarie;

  • Capacità di testing e validazione dell'implementazione;

  • Formazione e affiancamento ai referenti di progetto del cliente per trasferimento competenze.

Requisiti

Il CRM Technical Specialist ideale in DMA:

  • Ha una laurea triennale o specialistica indirizzo STEM;

  • Ha già lavorato su progetti HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) a media/alta complessità da almeno 3 anni;

  • Conoscenza dei processi di business in ambito Sales & Service nel B2B;

  • Ha una conoscenza base del linguaggio SQL, T-SQL;

  • Ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.

Soft skill
  • Possiede abilità logiche ed analitiche che si traducono in una spiccata capacità di problem solving;

  • È un* professionista curios* che si forma costantemente;

  • Ha una profonda comprensione degli obiettivi di progetto e sa esattamente cosa crea valore per il cliente. Lavora in modo efficiente, garantendo sempre la massima qualità nei risultati ottenuti;

  • Quando si presenta un problema sa reagire prontamente e collabora con i colleghi per trovare soluzioni concrete e migliorare l'efficacia del lavoro.
