Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av och vill arbeta fokuserat med de processer och system som vi använder i Operations Mobility SE. I rollen som Process Specialist blir du den lokala go-to-personen som löpande ser över, underhåller samt optimerar processer och system i syfte att säkerställa effektivitet, målet är att skapa värde för våra slutkunder och kunder. Du arbetar i den lokala managementgruppen för Operations men kommer ha ett nära och viktigt samarbete med de nordiska support-funktionerna där du är viktig för att ordna med de lokala anpassningar som krävs men även för att implementera passande best-practice från de andra länderna.

För att bli framgångsrik i rollen tror vi att du
* Kan identifiera utvecklingsområden (i system och processer) och agera på det
* Driva förändring med god kommunikationsförmåga
* Knyta nära ann och skapa gott samarbete med de nordiska supportfunktioner (framför allt Nordic Process, Implementation & Configuration)
* Har gedigen kunskap och erfarenhet från att jobba på en larmcentral, callcenter eller motsvarande

Arbetsuppgifter som Process Specialist
* Ansvarig för underhåll och uppföljning av Business Continuity Plans (BCP) och nödtelefoni 
* Analys och kartläggning av samtliga op-processer
* Automatisering av op-processer
* Analys, kartläggning och konfigurering av alla system som används i driften
* Vara en del av den lokala managementgruppen för Operations Mobility SE
* Skapa goda relationer och samarbeten med Nordisk Process, Implementation & Configuration likväl som motsvarande roller i Danmark, Finland och Norge (främst inspiration och kunskapsdelning)
* Säkerställ ständig förbättring inom dina ansvarsområden
* Rapportering, uppföljning och dokumentation gällande förbättringsförslag och förbättringsarbeten

Personliga egenskaper
* Intresserad och vår strategi och hur den går att koppla till ditt uppdrag
* Erfarenhet från att jobba med operationella system och processer
* Du har god förmåga att hantera människor kopplat till förändringsarbeten
* Stark förmåga att utveckla och bibehålla relationer och samarbeten lokalt och nordiskt
* Mycket god förmåga att samarbeta och kommunicera
* Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel
* Agerar proaktivt och nyfiket

Mer om tjänsten
Tjänsten är på heltid med start enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstiderna är förlagda vardagar på dagtid. Du rapporterar till Manne Börjel, Head of Operations Mobility Sweden, och arbetar från vårt kontor i Stockholm. Möjlighet till distansarbete några dagar i veckan finns.
