Linde Picture BOC Limited, a Linde company Warehouse & Stores Coordinator Dublin, Ireland | req19466 What you will enjoy doing In this role, you will oversee the daily operations warehouses for different areas of the business, manage inventory accuracy at all levels, coordinate shipping and receiving activities and oversees warehouse personnel Ensure the harmonization of process/system for stock management, material master data and inventory management for Republic of Ireland You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies In additionn, you will ensure staff are technically competent and trained to perform their duties. Ensure the team is properly resourced and consumables available to meet KPI Work to embed continuous improvement to the service and operational foundation of same You will participate in external or internal audits, providing information and assure corrective actions Furthermore, you will understand, support and promote Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment policies and other policy types communicated by organization What makes you great You have a high school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain or related 3 years + experience in warehouse management In addition, you have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and shipping/receiving processes You have excellent communication skills in English, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to network independently Furthermore, you are flexible and independent to meet the demands of the role Proficiency in Microsoft office, inventory management and warehouse management software Why you will love working with us We are the largest provider of industrial, medical and special gases in the UK and Ireland.
