Our clients are predominantly business owners who are focused on ensuring their day-to-day operations perform as they should, I.T, networks, systems and cybersecurity are generally not something they have time to consider and that is where we step in. We manage all of the I.T. requirements so that people don't have to worry about whether their data and systems are protected.

We are looking to hire a talented Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of newly acquired companies into our organization. This individual will leverage their expertise in project management, communication, and IT to ensure smooth transitions and achieve strategic objectives.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired companies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and human resources.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment throughout the integration process.
  • Assess systems and processes of acquired companies, identifying opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and optimization.
  • Provide guidance and support to acquired company employees during the integration process, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor progress against integration goals, proactively identifying and addressing risks or roadblocks.
  • Develop post-integration performance metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of integration efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in integration and M&A.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in integration management, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
