Unijobs are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator within the University of Limerick. This role is for 11 months. We are looking for candidates for contracts of 17.5 hours a week. The rate of pay is €18.4 per hour. We are seeking candidates with suitable experience within an office-based setting to provide high quality administrative support for all activities within the department. Working as part of an administrative team you will contribute to the overall efficient administrative process. Essential Requirements Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly and constructively. The ability and temperament to work under pressure, delivering to demanding schedules. A flexible and professional manner with proven ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team. High quality planning, organisation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, engaging attitude with a keen attention to detail. The ability to work with sensitive, personal data, handle confidential information effectively and without breach of confidentiality. Proficiency in Information Systems, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Desirable Criteria Third level qualification (level 8 or above). Experience working in the education sector previously.
