This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport. As our Junior Development Manager, you will have a clear pathway for career progression, gaining invaluable exposure to large-scale residential projects at various stages, from contract negotiation to delivery. Initially, you will play a key role in ongoing reporting processes, working closely with clients and shadowing senior team members through the successful completion of one or two projects. This hands-on experience will prepare you to independently manage your own projects, navigating partnerships, joint ventures, and forward-funding arrangements. With a structured approach to phased developments, you'll refine your expertise while contributing to Glenveagh's ambitious growth strategy. This role offers ample room to develop your technical and leadership skills, with a natural progression to becoming a Development Manager, making it an exceptional opportunity for long-term career growth.
