Job Title: Staff and Senior Occupational Therapist Location: Kilkenny Salary: Competitive, in line with HSE pay scales Organization: Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT) Working Hours: Full Time/Part time Monday Friday Job Description: About Us: Join our clients dynamic Childrens Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Kilkenny, where they are dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered services for children and young people with disabilities. Their multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. The Role: Our client is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Staff and Senior Occupational Therapists to join their team. In this role, you will assess and provide interventions to children and young people with a range of disabilities, supporting their development and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver evidence-based, child-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide therapy sessions tailored to the childs developmental needs. Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team to set goals and monitor progress. Offer guidance and support to families in implementing interventions at home. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: For Staff Grade: Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy. CORU registration (or eligibility to register). Experience working with children or within a multidisciplinary team is an advantage. For Senior Grade: Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy. CORU registration. A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or a related area.
