(Under the auspices of the Little Company of Mary) MILFORD CARE CENTRE, Limerick Serving the people of the Mid-West Milford Care Centre, working in partnership with the Health Service Executive, provides a comprehensive range of Specialist Palliative Care Services and Services for Older People throughout Counties Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary (Mid-West Region). Human Resources - Grade IV Clerical Officer - Fulltime - 35hrs per week 18 Month Contract Owing to the nature of the work involved it is essential that the successful candidate possesses the following: Essential requirements A relevant qualification in Human Resources - (minimum Diploma level) 3 years' experience in a fast-paced HR Department Recruitment & Selection/Interviewing experience Advanced working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work collaboratively, with a range of colleagues in the wider organisation, as well as with external stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail Desirable requirements Working knowledge of TMS (Time Management System) Experience in a Health Care Setting Industrial relations experience As part of the recruitment process, there will be a computer competency test for all shortlisted applicants involving the following modules: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and general system knowledge.
