Roles and Responsibilities Prepare internal financial reports to support strategic decision-making and business performance analysis. Develop external financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Support the company's annual external financial audit process. Analyse and report on the company's cost structure and product profitability. Implement cash-flow planning and monitoring systems to align with operating budgets. Oversee cost management for direct labour, subcontractors, materials, and plant operations. Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with Irish tax regulations. Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, including creation, approval, and tracking. Monitor supplier payments and address any discrepancies. Assist in preparing grant funding applications. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years in a finance or accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Strong ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Professional and precise written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
