This is a 10-month Fixed Term Contract within the Operational Resilience team. Operational Resilience is the ability of the Bank, to identify and prepare for, respond and adapt to, recover and learn from an operational disruption. The Bank has embarked on a transformational journey to strengthen resiliency through a number of exciting initiatives so we can continue to meet and exceed our customers? expectations. The Regulatory Reporting Specialist is a fast-paced role supporting the recovery planning processes required to ensure the safety and soundness of the Bank (operational continuity in resolution). The Regulatory Reporting Specialist will assist in the development and delivery of key artefacts required to demonstrate the Bank's ability to continue critical operations in times of significant disruption, as well as enhancing resiliency capabilities and awareness Bank-wide. As the Regulatory Reporting Specialist you will join a dynamic team, driving meaningful change and transformation across the Bank by supporting the delivery of the Bank's Operational Resilience strategy. The candidate will have a unique opportunity to develop as a subject matter expert, play an integral role in one of the Bank's key strategic priorities, and have exposure to leaders across the Bank. Responsibilities: This position will have a strong focus on the collation and analysis of the operational elements of the Bank's Resolution, Recovery and Stress testing deliverables. Strong communication skills are required, as a key part of this role is internal stakeholder engagement and partnership Bank-wide. Additionally high attention to detail, timeliness, and presentation of work for all outputs is essential, taking into account both internal and external audiences. This individual's responsibilities would, at a minimum, include: Working closely with senior representatives across the Bank to support the documenting, reporting and operationalise resolution strategies; Become a subject matter expert for Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) in the Bank; Ensure OCIR processes and documentation align to the regulatory guidance; Drafting presentations for senior management and regulators; Support the Bank in meeting relevant Central Bank deliverables to the highest standard in a controlled and cost effective manner; Act as the Operations lead and main point of contact for any operational related engagement required and will work alongside internal teams to meet required time frames; Drive the development, production and submission of the OCIR related resolution templates and progress reports to the Central Bank (or as required) Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, e.g. clear and concise analysis Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, including 3rd parties Strong working knowledge of Banking Ability to use own judgment to identify and resolve problems A clear focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering within strict timelines Knowledge of the relevant regulation (in particular the Single Resolution Board's guidance on OCIR), policies, and processes is desired Knowledge of the Bank's governance structures is desired This is a 10-month Fixed Term Contract role based in PTSB's St. Stephens Green Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland).
