Insurance Administrator Clondalkin, South Dublin You will be responsible for supporting our Client Servicing teams & Account Directors within our commercial department, the acquisition of new clients, and the overall growth of the business. You will gain in-depth knowledge of risks and the insurance market to arrange suitable policies and cover for our clients. Duties: Process new insurance policies and renewals, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain and update client records in the insurance database, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Review policy documents and ensure clients are correctly covered. Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance claims, ensuring all information is accurate and claims are processed efficiently. Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients to gather necessary information for claim settlements. Follow up on pending claims, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Address client concerns and provide updates on policy status, claims, and coverage. Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and available coverage options. Prepare and maintain insurance-related documentation, including claims files, policy changes, and premium records. Generate reports for management and provide updates on claims and policy status. Ensure all insurance processes comply with legal and company requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients, policies, and claims. Assist with billing and payment processing. Provide general administrative support to the insurance department.
