This role will suit candidates who have a can-do attitude, flexible and reliable to provide an excellent level of service to our client. Equally you will have strong numerical and IT skills. You will be working alongside a friendly hardworking team reporting to the Finance Manager. About the role: Take ownership and complete weekly Payroll Verify data is accurately received and processed to meet deadlines Confirm all payroll processes and procedures are accurately documented and regularly updated Manage complex payroll queries escalated by the client Generate and maintain regular reports, data and statistics Carry out the administration of employees expenses, pensions and BIKs Maintain a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance, keeping abreast of all changes through publications, websites, and seminars The successful candidate will be: Experienced in a similar role using the Coins payroll system would be a strong advantage Organised with a structured approach and a keen eye for detail Collaborative within a team and capable of working independently Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel Flexible, reliable and proactive with an excellent working ethos Professional and confidence when communicating with all stakeholders Available immediately Our clients require candidates who are organised and structured who have solid communication skills and provide verbal and written clarity in correspondence. You are someone who takes immense pride in your work and your performance. Successful candidates will exhibit a strong and consistent work ethic, be technically proficient in Microsoft Systems.
