We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join a dynamic IT team within a leading financial services organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative projects, focusing on .NET development and CRM Dynamics implementations, with the potential for contract extension based on project needs. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, testers, and technical teams to deliver robust solutions tailored to business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on the .NET framework. Configure and customize CRM Dynamics (online and on-premises). Build custom solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Collaborate with business analysts and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals. Create detailed work plans and provide accurate estimations for project deliverables. Conduct technical and business gap analyses to ensure project success. Participate in design sessions and contribute to solution architecture. Troubleshoot and support deployed applications. Essential Qualifications and Experience: A relevant third-level qualification in IT or a related discipline. 3+ years of professional experience in software development with .NET and C#. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and API development. Solid experience with MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS. Proficiency in LINQ and database platforms, particularly SQL Server. Extensive experience with REST APIs. Experience deploying and managing web applications in Azure. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control systems. Desirable Experience: Experience with Dynamics CRM versions (CRM 2015, 2016, and Dynamics 365). Familiarity with Azure Data Factory. Azure Fundamentals certification. Skills and Competencies: Excellent teamwork and ability to work independently. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
