Essential Experience: Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in a technical SME role, specifically with Microsoft environments. Extensive experience with Office365, Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Intune, and SCCM. Strong background in conducting large-scale migration projects, particularly file share migrations and operating system upgrades. Knowledge of best practices in system security, data protection, and compliance within the financial services sector. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently.
