We are currently recruiting for a Social Media and Influence Executive. This exciting role combines both social media content creation (with a big focus on TikTok) with influencer management across the UK and Ireland. You will report to the Head of Social & Influence and be a key member of the team. We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Marketing Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Social and Influence in planning strategic and tactical social media and influencer campaigns across multiple social media platforms and regions

Influencer

  • Work with external agencies to coordinate and book Influencer appointments in IE and UK clinics.
  • Point of contact for the Thérapie Clinic network on all things Influencer marketing
  • Provide influencers with trackable UTMs and report on findings
  • Manage internal treatment costs for influencer activity
  • Monitor Influencer posting times to reshare content and maximise reach
  • Identify influencer partnership opportunities in both the UK and Irish markets
  • Review briefing documents and share feedback on influencer content
  • Support raising purchase orders (POs) and invoicing for various suppliers
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.

Social

  • Create engaging, trending and viral social media content with a big focus on TikTok
  • Visit various Thérapie Clinic locations to capture content with Therapist, Doctors and other team members
  • Create social media strategies and content calendars in line with monthly campaigns
  • Support weekly and monthly social media reporting, providing valuable insights and recommendations
  • Drive organic brand awareness, engagement and initiatives to increase social followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and leverage them to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in coordinating monthly Before and After photoshoots – model sourcing, photographer booking, etc.
  • Keep abreast of industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend actionable insights.

What we look for:

  • Experience managing social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns (include link to content creation examples)
  • Strong understanding of social content creation, trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content and copywriting.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must. (The same goes for Google Sheets, slides, etc)
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut desktop is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A passion for social media marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Marketing qualification is a bonus but not required
