Staffline Recruitment Ireland is proud to partner with our client who is working for a global brand, based at Dublin 8, to recruit a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager for this key site leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-performing operation where you will play a central part in promoting a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement across all site activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) initiatives across all site operations. Carry out daily safety walks, engage with staff, and proactively identify and control workplace risks. Advise and support the site management team to ensure compliance, accountability, and ongoing improvement. Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and task-specific training to strengthen knowledge and safe behaviours. Support the Group Risk Manager with insurance, fleet risk, training, and wider prevention strategies. Conduct incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with client safety teams, contractors, and Staffline colleagues to maintain shared health and safety standards. What We're Looking For A recognised Health & Safety qualification (Level 7+, NEBOSH, NISO or equivalent). 3-5 years' experience in a similar H&S role within logistics, manufacturing, or a fast-paced operational environment. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to promote a positive safety culture. Proven ability to build trust, engage teams, and drive behavioural improvements.
