Sales Representative / Business Development Role

Dublin / Leinster (Hybrid Working)

€Neg DOE, plus uncapped Commission, fully expensed transport, phone, laptop etc.

Introduction:

ICDS Constructors Ltd is one of the larger Recruitment Agencies and Trades/Labour Suppliers in Ireland, also with operations in the UK, Holland, Germany, and Scandinavia. We have been in operation for almost 50 years and have an excellent reputation in the industry.

Due to increased activity and confidence in the construction industry, we are looking for a Sales Representative to help promote the company to new clients and develop our business and market share.

Responsibilities:

- Promote and develop the Company's core business of providing semi-skilled/skilled labour and tradespeople to clients in the construction industry in Ireland.
- Daily visiting of construction sites of existing and potential new clients in Leinster to maintain and establish relationships.
- Contact clients via phone where site visits are difficult due to location.
- Support ICDS’s common goals by working with team members and proactively participating in commitments made to clients.
- Plan site visits to maximize the efficiency of time spent on the road.
- Enrich team members’ knowledge base with sales information collected from the field.
- Work in a dynamic environment with quick turnaround times and tight deadlines.

Experience:

- Some sales experience required, along with knowledge of the construction industry, construction companies, and large prestigious projects.

Required Competencies:

- Sales experience
- Strong time management skills
- Some commercial awareness and numeracy skills
- Some IT literacy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Full driving license

Remuneration:

- Competitive base salary coupled with uncapped commission.
