Our client, an exciting health food brand, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover the Dublin and Leinster area. You will be calling on health food stores as well as Dunnes, Supervalu, and Tesco.
Benefits:
Salary €35 - €40K DOE, 10% bonus, annual leave plus bank holidays, and a company car/mileage.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional in-store representation and execute agreed metrics for the brand portfolio.
- Maximise sales growth opportunities by building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
- Manage a structured and prioritised call schedule focused on improving territory performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, seeking process improvements.
- Provide customer intelligence, market insights, and support on wider projects.
- Implement head office agreements locally to maximise in-store impact.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of similar experience.
- Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition.
- Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to sell using category insights and customer relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
