This job will suit someone who thrives in a labour-intensive, fast-moving manufacturing environment, someone whos not afraid to roll up their sleeves, make quick decisions, and keep production running at its best. This person will manage a team of 20+ in a heavy industrial setting, reporting to and supporting the Plant Manager. This is a great job for someone looking for a role they can make their own and can add value, lead change, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Requirements Proven leadership of production teams (20+) Experience in fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing (heavy industry a plus) Strong background in process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and KPIs A practical, no-nonsense approach and the confidence to take ownership Qualifications required Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing teams of 20+ staff. Demonstrable success in delivering process improvements, KPIs, and complex projects.
