Contract Type: Permanent contract. Contract Hours: 17.5hrs per week. Salary Scale: €46,160 - €55,855 pro rata per annum. This role is based at the Childrens Disability Network Team West Kerry, Oakview Village, Tralee, Co Kerry.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Director of Services Office and Children’s Services Manager (CSM) and Children’s Disability Network Managers (CDMN) in relation to PDS services across the region.
Meet the general administrative demands of PDS, including KPIs, metrics, Parliamentary Questions (PQs), complaint processing, risk registers, Freedom of Information (FOI) file requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
Prepare correspondence; process FOI and DSAR requests.
Research, collect and collate data and statistics; prepare reports and submissions.
Support the CDNT (Children’s Disability Network Team) in compiling Strength Needs Analysis, coordinating training, and maintaining a tracker and checklist of mandatory training for records and insurance purposes.
Collate reports for the Enable Ireland Board and HSE in relation to children’s services; respond to PQs and complaints; maintain a tracking system for complaints.
Assist with accident/incident reporting and tracking; support risk register reviews and updates.
Support administrative functions including record management and data processing systems (e.g., CDNTIMS).
Develop administration policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
Screen phone calls and enquiries; cover reception duties; prioritise urgent items for designated managers.
Support CDNT recruitment campaigns and appointments as appropriate.
Record and manage filing systems (soft and hard copy); coordinate storage and archiving in line with Data Protection and Information Management policies.
Provide supervision and guidance to CDNT admin staff; plan and organise activities and resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards; ensure office equipment is maintained per safety standards.
Participate in Enable Ireland training days/conferences; perform other duties as needed.

Professional Qualifications
Administration/Business or other qualifications/awards relevant to the post. A minimum of five years' recent relevant experience in a similar role.
