Vacancy for Scheduling Co-ordinator and Out of Hours Monitorer Role To perform a variety of duties to co-ordinate Service Users and Home Support Workers schedules, in order to provide the highest quality service to Service Users. To be line manager to the scheduling staff. The successful candidate will be capable of managing staff, working independently and will have the ability to work well under pressure. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years in a scheduling position. The Ideal candidate will have: Administrationexperience. StaffManagementexperience Excellentcommunication,interpersonalandpeopleskills. ExcellentTimeManagementskills MustbefluentinwrittenandoralEnglish. Abilitytodevelopandmaintainstrongworkrelationships. Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills. Excellentattentiontodetailandorganisationalskills. Willbecomfortablewithresponsibility,workingindependentlyandbeaself-starterwith excellent initiative. Abilitytohandlemultipleprioritiesandhaveacan-doattitude. Problemsolvingskillsandwillbeproactiveinanticipatingissuesorsuggestingnewdevelopments and initiatives. ExcellentcomputerandkeyboardSkillstoincludeWord,Excel,Outlook,andPowerPointandbe adept at learning new systems. Access to high speed internet. Desirable but not essential: Abackgroundinahomecare/medical/nursinghomeenvironment. Experienceinalogisticalenvironmentusingrelevantoperationalsystemswouldbevery beneficial but not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.
