Link Personnel is Hiring for a BD Executive role. This role will report into the head of dept of a large, well known Irish organisation. The Role: Support the management of client programmes, contributing to the retention, growth, and overall success of the business. Develop a deep understanding of each clients business and market, analysing trends and developments to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Create and deliver strategic client development and account plans, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Oversee the implementation of business development strategies and initiatives, driving measurable impact and results. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to design and deliver initiatives that enhance market visibility, showcase client success stories, and support growth across assigned accounts. Utilise the CRM system to track, analyse, and report on client engagement, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Monitor KPIs Author regular reports to evaluate progress and inform decision-making. Other Ad-hoc duties as required. The Candidate: BA degree in Business or similar. 3 years+ experience working in a similar role. Good understanding of the fundamentals of strategic key account management Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working both as a team member and independently. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. A team player who thrives in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
