Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Games Specialist to join our Casino team in Dublin. You will have a passion for all things Casino and will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver a best-in-class product portfolio to our players across our key markets. Your job will be to ‘own games’ for PokerStars Casino, ensuring we have the best portfolio of leading casino game content. Whether you already have industry experience or are eager to learn, we value a strong interest in understanding what players enjoy, staying informed about market trends, and working with suppliers to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our recently renovated Dublin office is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It hosts 2 cafes, a games room, gym and an abundance of meeting rooms catered for groups of all sizes. We also run regular social and well-being initiatives, from annual sports days to weekly nail technicians on-site.
What you’ll do:
- Leading the management of game launches, roadmap management, and delivery to our sites.
- Overseeing the on-site positioning and merchandising across our markets.
- Contributing to future roadmap planning and competitor benchmarking.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure PokerStars is treated as every supplier’s most important customer.
- Conducting competitor research, analysis, and market insights to inform content strategy.
- Managing the games compliance pipeline for all markets we operate in.
- Delivering projects that impact regulatory and compliance aspects of Casino Games.
- Keeping abreast of our competitors in the industry and their delivery and strategy on games content.
- Developing and sharing expertise in the casino market as a subject matter expert.
What you’ll bring:
- A proactive self-starter with a passion for Casino.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Someone who can work well both in detail and with a broader perspective.
- A strong team player who can contribute to and lead a productive team environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to understand the market(s) they manage inside out.
- A strategic thinker – a commercially minded individual who can spot both internal and external growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in the Gaming industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to develop and share expertise in the casino market to become a subject matter expert.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of the gaming industry.
It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list. We love people who want to challenge themselves and are passionate about what they do. If you believe you can contribute in some areas and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Why choose us:
Aside from a generous base salary, we have a fantastic benefits & rewards program that is designed to encourage personal and career development.
