Business Analyst

You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. This role presents a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about working closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and shape their core business needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project involvement from discovery workshops through to design, delivery, and post-implementation support.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with business users to translate needs into solution designs and system specifications.
Produce high-quality Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents and standardised workflows.
Engage in senior stakeholder management , including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and buy-in across all levels.
Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standards.
Qualifications Proven Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy, Services Provider, or Financial Services environment.
Demonstrated ability to produce detailed Business Requirements Documents , process maps, and other documentation to a high standard.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams , including participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Exposure to AI-driven solutions or projects involving emerging technologies is highly desirable.
Experience with Digital Transformation or Application Modernisation projects.
Skilled in reviewing Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Experience working on both large-scale and smaller projects, with responsibility for defining and designing business solutions.
Strong understanding of technology and IT systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in tools such as Miro , IcePanel , Microsoft Visio , SharePoint and Word .
