Job Title: New Business Account Executive – Commercial Insurance

Description:
We are hiring for our client, a respected and ambitious firm within the commercial insurance sector, currently expanding their New Business Team. This New Business Account Executive role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions.

As a New Business Account Executive, you will work closely with directors and a wider sales team to drive new business acquisition, build strong client relationships, and provide expert risk guidance. This is a permanent opportunity based in Monaghan, Dunboyne or hybrid.

The Role:
• Seek and convert commercial insurance new business leads
• Deliver quotes and meet income/referral targets
• Develop relationships with clients and insurers
• Work on company-driven campaigns and self-generated leads
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate closely with directors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and complete management audits
• Provide a consistently high standard of customer service

The Person:
• CIP qualified (or working towards); MCC/F&P compliant
• Strong experience in commercial insurance sales
• Confident in handling complex commercial risks
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Motivated, team-focused, with strong personal organisation
• Applied Systems experience preferred
• Full, clean driving licence with access to a car
