What We’re Offering Available as either a part-time position (3 days per week, flexible) or full-time, with details open to discussion.

Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain employee files, ensuring full compliance with legal and company requirements
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records, policies, and documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.
Assist in maintaining compliance with HR regulations and company procedures.
Step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave.
What We’re Looking For 1 Year of experience in administration
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with payroll processes (an advantage) to step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave.
