Job Title – Foreman

Project – Commercial

Job Location – Meath

Salary – €60K-€75K

About the Company

My client is seeking a Foreman for an exciting commercial development in County Meath; this is a brand-new project that has came through and they need to get someone in who can manage the end-to-end construction process. There's 10 months on this job but more work in the Meath / North Dublin area thereafter for the right person

They specialise in commercial and government contracts valued up to €5M and have a very steady order book for 2025 / 2026.

The Role

- Coordination and supervision of the construction of commercial project.
- Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
- Report into and support the Project Manager
- Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
- Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI
- Experience working with a Main Contractor is essential.
