Senior Manufacturing Technician Claregalway Permanent (Monday to Friday days position) Exciting new opportunity with an established start up within medical device in Claregalway looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join their growing team. This role is also a great step-up opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Technician ready for the next level into a Senor Manufacturing Technician job. This job will suit an ambitious and adaptable technician that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, someone that enjoys working on a variety of projects and being involved in decision making. Strong background in equipment setup, operation, and maintenance required, (medical device experience preferred). Responsibilities Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance across manufacturing operations. Take ownership of manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliable performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. Identify process or equipment gaps and proactively drive improvements. Work independently, managing your own tasks and daily priorities with minimal supervision. Ensure accurate documentation in line with GMP, ISO standards, and internal quality systems. Educational and Professional Requirements 3rdlevel qualification in a relevant technical field is advantageous. Strong background in equipment setup, operation, and maintenance (medical device experience preferred). Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Familiar with GMP, quality system requirements, ISO 13485, and rigorous documentation practices. 4 5 years + industry experience required in a similar role Please contact me for a confidential discussion or to discuss further.
