Quality Assurance Coordinator - Dublin/London/Frankfurt/Amsterdam
Location: Dublin/London/Frankfurt/Amsterdam. The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in the Service Operations team, focused on quality management tasks, improving ATC's service operations quality management system, and serving as an escalation path for customers. The role supports the team to succeed, drives team initiatives, and reports on daily performance and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

People Management: create a culture of staff well-being, accountability, customer awareness, collaboration; set SMART objectives; conduct regular, documented meetings with your manager.

Operations: review and suggest process improvements for Technical Services and Service Operations; monitor vendor performance for White Glove Operations and implement improvements; support or lead CAPA investigations and actions; drive continuous improvement using ATC Lean methodology; act as Lean Continuous Improvement Advocate; manage live and historic Lean data and results.

Planning: collaborate with Planning and Business Operations to ensure quality outcomes leveraging the ISO QMS; help standardise and document processes for continuous improvement, efficiency, and reporting.

Transportation: collaborate with Transportation and Business Services to ensure quality outcomes via ISO QMS; review fleet maintenance and utilization; manage vendor performance and reporting.

Technical Services: collaborate with Technical Services to ensure quality outcomes via ISO QMS; drive continuous improvement in all activities; implement existing White Glove Service Plan with Senior Technical Services Manager.

Projects: engage in new projects, maintain vendor rating metrics, establish/update SOPs, provide training on SOPs to vendors; respond to changing customer requirements and ensure schedules are met and reported.

Reporting: prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports including corrective action plans; manage document control to ISO standards and IMS Library; prepare and share weekly scorecards with the business.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in quality management and operations

Strong standards focus and ability to challenge improvements in teams

Analytical skills and structured reporting ability

Proven project management skills, ISO certification, audit preparation and delivery

Experience with continuous improvement cultures

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels and functions

Ability to implement operational improvements to enhance service and productivity; strong organizational skills

Experience in supporting and developing staff/teams

Strong written and verbal communication; computer skills with ERP, Excel, Word; some PowerPoint

Nice-to-have / Advantageous

Experience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environment

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Experience with Quality management systems and internal management systems
