Medical Testing Laboratory Manager

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a clinical laboratory setting
Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
Proficiency in relevant laboratory information systems and technology
Professional certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is a plus CORU Registration is a MUST.
Possess at least 7 years full time clinical experience as a Medical Scientist in a clinical diagnostic laboratory, 2 years year's of which were spent in a promotional post (e.g. Medical Scientist, Senior or Medical Scientist, Specialist).
