Overview CoE Senior Business Processes Consultant – AI Finance. To support our premium customers through their S/4HANA transformation journey we are looking for experts with different skills to ensure smooth and successful service delivery outcomes and to safeguard critical projects.
Responsibilities Work closely with one of many global customers as part of our Premium Engagement - MaxAttention program service delivery.
Collaborate on critical customer situations in your area of expertise to resolve go-live/production-down issues.
Act as SME in your area of expertise, provide quality assurance for key design decision reviews, and support customers and partners during the build phase.
Apply techno-functional skills to solve customer design and build issues or challenges.
Align internally with SAP product teams on product roadmaps to guide customers during implementation or upgrade lifecycles.
Advise customers on best practices and optimum approaches for your SAP product areas involved in implementations.
Review designs to ensure SAP best practices are followed to achieve successful outcomes and mitigate risks from excessive enhancements or customizations.
Apply programming and debugging skills as needed.
Experience Experience building scenarios with SAP or partner AI technologies, examples include Joule, Agents, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related tools (e.g., S/4HANA ISLM, non-SAP tools).
Experience with SAP BTP (iRPA, Workflow, Cash Application, Intelligent GR/IR, and other BTP tools or solutions).
Experience with Central Finance (S/4HANA): planning, implementation, troubleshooting, central payments, FICO aspects, performance tuning, debugging, and S/4HANA upgrades with CFIN.
Experience with Group Reporting and related areas: data collection and integration, consolidation, embedded analytics, intercompany processes, master data/configuration, group journal entries, financial statements, analytics via SAC, validation engines, and related FICO modules; familiarity with DRC or other relevant areas is a plus.
English language proficiency (written and spoken) and excellent customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills.
Valid work permit for EU.
Education & Qualifications Graduated with an Honours Degree in IT/Computer Science, Physics/Mathematics/Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience with ABAP or debugging skills; prior SAP IMS/Development experience is advantageous.
