Teams at Wayflyer are truly cross-functional. Regardless of your role at Wayflyer, you'll work with a variety of different disciplines and teams from around the world on a multitude of challenging projects and game-changing products to revolutionise the eCommerce landscape.
What you’ll do:
1. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, often across multiple time-zones and locations.
2. Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Arrange travel, accommodation, or virtual meeting setups for candidates when necessary.
4. Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and suggest improvements.
5. Implement tools or automation to streamline scheduling, tracking, or communication.
6. Analyse trends and share insights to improve recruitment strategies.
7. Work on strategic recruitment projects.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
6. 1-2 years experience working as a recruitment coordinator within a fast-growth environment.
7. Experience working on high volume interview scheduling within a small team - you will be the sole Talent Acquisition Coordinator within a team of 4 Recruiters.
