About The Role
As part of the Digital Content Team in Marketing, the Multi-Media Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling content that resonates with and engages our community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning team, contributing to high-profile campaigns that drive impact and innovation. We’re seeking someone with technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for design to help bring ideas to life across multiple digital channels.

What you/'ll be doing

Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.

Design and produce engaging digital content including images, animations, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media platforms.

Create email marketing content and HTML5 banner ads that align with campaign objectives.

Adapt video and visual assets for use across different platforms and formats.

Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, formats, and tools, applying best practices to all content.

What we/'re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a similar multimedia design role.

Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and video production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Proven ability to create and adapt content for social media platforms.

A creative portfolio showcasing multimedia design work across different formats.

Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling.

Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
