About the Role

As part of the Digital Content Team in Marketing, the Multi-Media Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling content that resonates with and engages our community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning team, contributing to high-profile campaigns that drive impact and innovation. We’re looking for someone with technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for design to help bring ideas to life across multiple digital channels.

What you/'ll be doing

- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.

- Design and produce engaging digital content including images, animations, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media platforms.

- Create email marketing content and HTML5 banner ads that align with campaign objectives.

- Adapt video and visual assets for use across different platforms and formats.

- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines.

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, formats, and tools, applying best practices to all content.

What we/'re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar multimedia design role.

- Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and video production.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Proven ability to create and adapt content for social media platforms.

- A creative portfolio showcasing multimedia design work across different formats.

- Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling.

- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
