Job Title: Platform Product Manager - AI & EdTech Location: Greater Dublin Area (Hybrid) Salary: 60K About the Role Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a hands-on Platform Product Manager to drive the execution and evolution of Ireland's leading digital learning library for schools. You'll own the roadmap that transforms the current ebook & resource platform into a next-generation AI-powered content creation and management system - delivering tools that help teachers, students, and editorial teams create smarter, faster, and higher-quality educational materials. Key Responsibilities Translate vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Execute improvements to the existing platform while shipping AI-supported content generation and workflow features. Drive features end-to-end: discovery ? build ? launch ? iteration. Partner daily with engineering, design, SMEs, editorial, and AI specialists. Gather insights from teachers, students, and internal content teams to shape priorities. Monitor usage, support tickets, and feedback to identify friction and opportunities. Define CMS capabilities, workflow automation, and AI evaluation frameworks. Support operational health of the platform (access flows, metadata, ingestion standards). Contribute ideas and data to strategic planning led by product leadership. Requirements 4+ years Product Management experience (must-have). Proven execution track record delivering complex features in fast-moving environments. Hands-on experience with AI / ML-powered products (generative AI a big plus). Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Analytical mindset - comfortable defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions. Experience managing external partners or contractors. Passion for EdTech and empathy for teachers & learners.
