What You’ll Do:

- Define and own the roadmap for the agentic platform and knowledge graph, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with multiple product teams to integrate agentic workflows and shared services across the portfolio.

- Drive early customer validation and feedback loops to inform product decisions and accelerate adoption.

- Champion observability and data-driven practices to improve platform health and decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience in product management, ideally with AI platforms, data systems, or developer-focused products.

- Strong technical understanding of APIs, knowledge graphs, and modern AI/ML concepts.

- Ability to design and apply evaluation and performance frameworks for complex systems.

- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, and business teams.

- Analytical mindset with experience using data and telemetry to guide decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business value.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

- Hands-on experience with agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Background in AI-driven app development, SDK or API development, or prior engineering experience.

- Familiarity with applying evaluation frameworks in AI systems.
