Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, and independent problem solver to join our Dublin team as the L+D Coordinator. In this fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, the coordinator will support the planning, coordinating, and execution of our learning and development offerings. This person will work closely with the L+D and HR teams to ensure consistent, pragmatic, and efficient processes are in place to support smooth delivery of programs, initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Within Susquehanna, the Learning and Development team’s purpose is to provide value-added support and experiences to the firm that helps drive performance, grow, and retain talent, and enhance engagement. We do this by providing learning and development solutions that enable and develop employees and managers globally.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate the scheduling, communications, and logistics of internal training sessions, workshops, internal and external speaker series, and other learning events.
- Liaise with telecom, facilities, and other internal partners on training set-up and needs.
- Support presenters and facilitators by preparing with them, ensuring the quality and consistency of learning materials, helping with updates to the content, supporting the stakeholder needs to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
- Deliver learning reports and help manage data related to course impact.
- Support the administration of a learning management system, e-learning platforms, and other digital learning solutions.
- Support the creation of new SharePoint/Confluence sites for internal usage, and/or maintain existing content.
- Manage external learning opportunities inclusive of education assistance, conference process, external vendor relationship management, and external trainings.
- Manage the Susquehanna library.
- Reconcile department and education/conference related expenses.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including setting up standing meetings, create and maintain an L+D annual calendar, organize content developed across the team for easy access, monitor department inbox, and field incoming requests for support from the L+D department.
- Support other L+D initiatives as needed.
- Support the HR team as needed.

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making capability.
- Exceptional detail orientation with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience working in an LMS is preferred.
- Strong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
