Hybrid - 2 days p/w week onsite
Reperio has partnered with a global beauty and personal care organisation in Dublin who are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to take ownership of a major modernisation programme within their R&D and laboratory space.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape the vision, lead workshops, and guide the organisation from strategy through to implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure the programme delivers measurable impact across ways of working, organisational design, and enabling technology.
This role is an initial 9-month contract with strong likelihood of extension.
Responsibilities: Guiding an end-to-end digital change journey - strategy, people, process, and tech.
Facilitating high-level workshops with business & technical leaders.
Supporting re-design of processes, structures, and operating models.
Ensuring change adoption across functions and supporting solution roll-out.
Acting as a trusted sounding board for executives in R&D and innovation.
Requirements: 10+ year background in leading large-scale modernisation programmes.
Exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory / R&D environments is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to bridge business vision and technology delivery.
Skilled facilitator with a track record of bringing diverse stakeholders together.
Comfortable moving from strategy / roadmap creation through to delivery & adoption.

Immediate interviews with prompt start date available.
