Altor have partnered with an exciting SaaS company within the Computerised Maintenance Management space. You’ll be joining an energetic and forward-thinking SaaS provider - recently acquired by a well know international software group. You will be providing solutions into highly regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, and energy. Notable clients include Coca-Cola, Stryker, and others.

Role Overview
As a BDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating and nurturing qualified opportunities that feed into the Account Executives (AEs). You’ll manage both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach, driving pipeline across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Conduct research, outreach, and initial qualification (via email, calls, and digital channels)

Schedule high-quality meetings for AEs

Track progress and maintain accurate CRM records

Collaborate with BDMs and marketing to refine outreach messaging and strategies

What You’ll Bring

1 year experience in inbound and/or outbound Lead Generation position

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes of activity

Motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient personality

Keen interest in technology, SaaS, or regulated industries (life sciences, manufacturing)

Performance Metrics

Number of qualified meetings booked per month

Lead conversion rates

Contribution to pipeline velocity and quality
